Why does it take 15 to 20 days for products to arrive?
We offer products at very competitive prices, which means we need to work with suppliers outside the UK (USA, Europe, and Asia).
Once an order is placed, we send the request to our suppliers, and they ship directly to your address. While we work to provide fast service, international shipping takes a little longer due to the logistics involved.
Do all purchases come with a tracking code?
Yes. We only work with reliable suppliers who provide tracking codes for your security and convenience.
When will I receive my tracking code?
We send your tracking code directly to your email within 3 business days. This is because our suppliers (the manufacturers) request this timeframe.
If you have not received your tracking code after this period, please send us an email at: support@fluffify.uk, including your order number (e.g., #4321), and we will provide an update within 24 hours.
My tracking code isn’t showing any information.
Yes, during the journey between the country of origin and the UK, there are often no updates as the package is in transit. You will receive an update when it arrives in the UK, and after that, updates will be provided on each movement, similar to what we are used to with domestic orders.

Is there any additional fee I need to pay for the product?
No, you only pay the full price of the product as advertised, as our products are not subject to customs duties or additional postal fees. However, please note that customs or VAT charges may apply for shipments to the UK, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
