The products listed on our website are not stocked in the UK and are shipped directly from our suppliers based in the USA, China, Sweden, and Germany.
The estimated average delivery time for our products is between 10 to 20 business days, though delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, customs clearance, and potential strikes.
All purchases come with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email within 3 business days. This tracking number can be monitored from the moment the package leaves the country of origin until it reaches your address.
Delivery is carried out by the Royal Mail or local courier services, but in some cases, such as the recipient being unavailable, restricted delivery areas, or other reasons, the courier may leave a notification for you to collect your parcel from the nearest local post office.
Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 20 days of posting, or even sooner.
If your order consists of 2 or more items, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive a tracking number for each product.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate when placing your order, as it cannot be changed after 24 hours from the time the order is placed, as we begin preparing the items for dispatch. Additionally, cancellations are not possible after this time frame.
Since this is an international order, please note that tracking information may not be updated on the postal service's website for up to 3 to 5 business days after the tracking number is issued. Any damages that occur during transport are the responsibility of the postal services.
It is the customer's responsibility to review their delivery address before confirming the order. In case of incorrect address or insufficient information, the customer will be fully responsible for the costs of returning and re-shipping the product. If delivery attempts fail and the parcel is held at the local post office, it may be returned to the sender overseas. Once confirmed for re-shipping, the delivery time will begin from the date the re-shipping is confirmed, which will be recorded in the order details.
As this is an international shipment, all goods are subject to potential customs clearance and duties.
Fluffify Baby takes responsibility for any additional costs (fees, charges, and taxes) imposed by the UK government. If you are charged customs fees, you have 48 hours to contact us by emailing support@fluffifybaby.com, sending us the completed customs documentation showing the charges.
For reshipment, a new delivery period will apply.
